Time to have a good time – at Friends’ annual party

January is the month for Friends’ annual party – to which all members are invited and all non-members, as long as they join us at the door by paying the annual £3 subscription

As always we’ll be staging a Burns Night celebration ( just before the actual event, so as not to clash with any private celebrations by Scots) That means you’ll be offered haggis, neeps and tatties, whisky, and of course the words of Robert Burns. We add some Sassenach features – vegetarian as well as traditional haggis, wine, soft drinks, and pudding.

The date is Friday January 23rd, the time 7pm (doors open 6.30), the place the library.
