Saturday, December 5th 10am-3pm
In response to demand, we’re putting on a repeat performance of the craft show that took place on November 28th. So you’ve another chance to buy one-off Christmas gifts and cards – and more.
Come and meet local craft people. Hear them talk about and show their work- jewellery, cards, knitting, pottery and more. The library knitting group will be there, selling reasonably priced gifts to help raise funds for their activities.
And there’s a new feature. Library staff have set up the Tate Community Street Market, a Saturday market (same hours 10am-3pm) outside the library on Wilcox Road. This had a try-out at the Fun Palace Day on October 3rd and proved very popular. Friends of TSL are supporting this market with the supply of four gazebos.
