The AGM on May 21st: the usual stuff and some extras

On Wednesday May 21^st Friends of Tate South Lambeth Library will be holding its annual general meeting  at the library, starting at 7pm.

We start off with the usual “official” items: reports by the chairman and the treasurer for the past year (2013/14), followed by elections to next year’s committee.

Then we have the extras – an open discussion on items of interest and concern, raised by the committee members, Friends membership and anyone else.

Although only paid-up members of Friends can vote (the annual subscription is only £3), this is an opportunity for everyone to have their say on what the organisation has done and what it should do.
