Tate South Lambeth Library will survive, at least until 2022-

On March 4^th Lambeth Council announced that it would not close Tate South Lambeth Library – just four weeks before it was scheduled to cease operation as a library, as all Council funding was cut off.

TSL and Durning library, in Kennington, will now operate as “interim town centre libraries” until a new single town centre library is set up in the north of the borough (forecast for 2022).
