Sat 13 Apr 2013: Book sale – books, help and customers gratefully received

The Friends of Tate South Lambeth Library are running a book sale to raise money for the library on Saturday 13th April 2013 from 10.30am-4.30pm.

We’re looking for books (in good condition), help in selling – and lots of customers.

The books will first be offered to the library to add to its collection. Those that remain will be put on sale, together with titles withdrawn from the library. Any left over from the sale will be donated to charity.

So please deliver your donations to the library desk, in a bag or box clearly labelled Friends Book Sale – before mid-day Friday 12th April 2013.

Re help at the sale – we’re looking for people to run the stall from 12.30 through to 4.30 (ideally in a two-hour slot) and then to help clear up. Please contact us at friendsoftsl@hotmail.com
