Another chance to hear – and join in – singing by the Kennington Community Choir

Kennington choir

Friday 27th March 2015, 7pm (doors open 6.30pm)

The Kennington Community Choir was formed in 2012 and has already performed in many exciting places, including the ‘Voices of Waterloo’ concert in the Oasis Church, Myatt’s Fields Park, Oval Farmers Market and carol singing at the Southbank. It has supported an art exhibition with Swedish hunting songs, performed at weddings and taken part in A Choir of our Time. The choir sings anything and a bit of everything, from pop to classical to world music.

The choir is led by Elspeth Thompson and is based at St Mark’s Church in Kennington.

Admission free. Refreshments available.
